Can I change or cancel my order?

Because we want to process orders as quickly as possible, changes/cancellations must be requested within 12 hours of ordering. All requests after this time will be rejected. You can request a full refund upon receipt of your order.

Which payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards (VISA, Mastercard, AMEX) and payments via PayPal.

When will my order be processed?

All orders are processed and shipped from our warehouse. Delays may occur during holidays and sales periods. Orders are processed within 1-3 business days and shipped the following day. Please note that we do not ship on weekends.

How long does it take to receive my order?

Due to high demand, delivery may take between 2-4 weeks.

What if I don't receive my order?

If you have not received your order 30 days after shipping, you are entitled to a full refund.

The prices displayed on our website are tax-free in Euros, which means that duties and taxes may apply when your order arrives. These fees are determined by your local customs office. When will I receive my refund?

All refunds will be made to your original payment method. If paying by credit or debit card, the refund will be sent to the issuing bank within 7-10 business days of receipt of the returned item or cancellation request. If you have any questions about booking your refund, please contact your bank directly. If you have not yet received a refund, please contact your bank or credit card company.
